Sales / Business Development Business Strategy Consulting Executive

Sales / Business Development Executive (REMOTE)


We are seeking a consultative problem-solver to drive business strategy consulting engagement sales. This individual will  have experience driving revenue growth in technology organizations.

You should have some consulting experience, market leadership, relationship management, sales quota attainment, and excellence in achieving revenue targets.

You will develop and manage a portfolio of accounts for revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, establish and lead relationships with client stakeholders, and provide financial forecasts for your portfolio. You will partner with our founder to identify opportunities for revenue growth.


You Will Be Responsible For The Following

  • Deliver sales results for revenue growth 
  • Grow pipeline through new logo accounts
  • Bring a ‘hunting’ mindset to all market and sales opportunities - shape and share value propositions
  • Promote solution sales models and longer value-based contracts
  • Cultivate and share a relevant industry or technology point of view (POV) with clients to increase Claroti’s value to our clients
  • Bring cultural awareness and interpersonal savvy to navigate complex client stakeholder environments
  • Bring your expertise to close deals using sales best practices such as client call plans, win strategies, close plans and sales tools and methodologies, as appropriate 
  • Cultivate client relationships to foster further growth and cross selling opportunities at CxO levels
  • Be knowledgeable on our offerings, credentials, and case studies
  • Create, drive, and deliver sales forecasts for deals that meet or exceed budgets in visible and predictable manner 
  • Ensure CRM system is regularly updated at least weekly with all details on sales activities
  • Participate in regular sales pipeline and review cadences
  • Provide constructive and creative input into client account planning and pipeline generation activities 
  • Provide proposal development 
  • Identify early renewal opportunities 


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of sales experience and success delivering to and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience developing opportunity pipelines, qualifying high priority deals, and closing sales/ new business with agreed targets
  • Excellent problem solving and business communication (written & oral) skills
  • Well organized and experience with being responsive to client needs
  • Mature client engagement and management skills with ability to build client relationships by focusing on exceptional client experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years + experience in technology services and sales in large enterprise organizations
  • Recent experience working for IT professional services or management consulting firm(s)
  • MBA or Master’s degree
